What We Collect

The pet photo you upload, the portraits we make from it, and, if you buy, your name, email and shipping address. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How We Use It

To make your previews and portrait, to print and ship your order through our print partner Printful, and to answer your questions. Your photo is sent to our AI image provider (OpenAI) to make the portrait.

How Long We Keep It

Photos and previews that aren't ordered are deleted after 7 days. Order records and portrait files are kept so we can reprint or help with your order.

Ads and Analytics

We use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel cookies to measure which ads bring visitors. You can block these cookies in your browser.

We Don't Sell Your Data

We share your information only with the services named above, and only to complete your order.
